Do I need to be a member to place an order?

To place an order on www.orfiskids.com, you can complete the membership process in just a few minutes. If you do not wish to register, you can create an order by clicking "Continue without membership."

How can I add products to my cart?

Select the product you wish to purchase. Then click the "Add to Cart" button. When the product is added to your cart, a cart pop-up will appear. You can continue shopping by browsing different products or proceed to purchase the items in your cart. You can view the products in your cart at any time by clicking on the cart icon in the top right corner of our site.

How can I purchase the products in my cart?

When you click the "Complete Order" button, a screen will appear where you can log in or register if you are not already a member. You can shop without being a member if you wish, but we recommend becoming a member to take advantage of the benefits on our site.

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

Once your order is received, your order details will be sent to your registered email address.

How can I order a product that is out of stock or from a previous season?

After you share the product code or image with us, a material check will be performed, and you will be informed whether the product can be re-produced. If it can be re-produced, payment will be taken, and the order will be processed.

Can my order be directed to a selected address for a gift or another reason?

We can direct your order to a selected address. Please specify a delivery address different from the billing address when completing your order. Unless an alternative address is specified, your order will be delivered to the billing address. We can also include any message you provide inside your gift package.

Which shipping company do you work with?

Orders placed through our online store are delivered to you with the assurance of Yurt İçi Kargo.

How many days does it take for my orders to be shipped?

Orders placed through www.orfiskids.com are shipped within a maximum of 7 business days. However, due to extreme intensity of shipping companies during certain periods, our delivery time may extend up to 10 days. Thank you for your understanding.

Are deliveries made on public holidays?

Yurt İçi Kargo does not make deliveries on public holidays.

Where are my products shipped from?

Products purchased from the Orfis Kids online store are shipped from our factory located in Menderes, Izmir.

What happens if I am not at the address during order delivery?

If you are not at the specified address at the time of delivery, your order will be delivered to the person at the delivery address after checking their photo ID and obtaining their signature.

If no one is at the address at the time of delivery, the company official will leave a notification containing the phone number of the shipping company. Yurt İçi Kargo does not make a second attempt to deliver to the specified address. In this case, you must visit the branch where your cargo is located within 2 days to pick up your package.
