Do I have to be a member to place an order?
In order to order from www.orfiskids.com, you can complete the membership process by spending only a few minutes. If you do not want to become a member, you can create an order by clicking "Continue Without Membership".
How can I add products to my cart?
Select the product you want to buy. Then click the add to cart button. When the product is added to your cart, the cart pop-up will open. You can continue shopping by browsing different products or proceed to purchase the products in your cart. You can view the products in your cart by clicking the cart icon in the upper right corner of our site at any time.
How can I purchase the items in my cart?
When you click on the complete order button, a screen will appear where you can log in and become a member if you are not a member. If you wish, you can shop without becoming a member, but we recommend that you become a member to benefit from the advantages on our site.
How do I know that my order is confirmed?
When your order is received, your order information is sent to your registered e-mail address.
How can I order a product that is out of stock or from a previous season?
After you share the product code or image with us, the material is checked and you are informed whether the product can be reproduced or not. If it is suitable for reproduction, payment is taken and the order is processed.
Can my order be forwarded to an address I have chosen as a gift or for any other reason?
We can forward your order to an address you choose. When completing your order, please specify a delivery address that is different from the billing address. Unless an alternative address is specified, your order will be delivered to the billing address. We can also add a note to your gift package.
Which cargo company do you work with?
The orders you place on our online store are delivered to you with the assurance of Yurtiçi Kargo .
How many days does it take for my orders to be shipped?
Orders placed via www.orfiskids.com will be shipped within 3 business days at the latest. However, sometimes, due to the excessive workload of cargo companies, our delivery time may take up to 7 days. Thank you for your understanding.
Are deliveries made on public holidays?
Yurtiçi Kargo does not deliver on public holidays.
Where are my products shipped from?
The products you have purchased from the Orfis Kids virtual store are shipped from our factory in Izmir Menderes.
What happens if I am not at the address when the order is delivered?
If you are not at the address you specified at the time of delivery, your order will be delivered to the person at the delivery address after their photo ID is checked and their signature is obtained.
If no one is at the address at the time of delivery, the company officer will leave you a notice with the phone number of the cargo company. Yurtiçi Kargo does not make a second visit to the specified address. In this case, you must visit the branch where your cargo is located within 2 days and collect your cargo.
