The warranty period starts from the delivery date of the product and is 2 years.
If the product malfunctions within the warranty period, the time spent in repair is added to the warranty period. The repair period of the product cannot exceed 20 business days. This period starts from the date of notification of the malfunction of the product to the service station, or in the absence of a service station, to the seller, dealer, agency, representative, importer or manufacturer-producer of the product. The consumer can notify the malfunction by phone, fax, e-mail, registered letter or similar means. The warranty period of the product replaced during the warranty application is limited to the warranty period of the purchased product. In the event of malfunction of the product due to material, workmanship or assembly errors within the warranty period, the repair will be made without any charge under any name such as labor cost, cost of the replaced part or any other name.
If the consumer exercises his/her right to free repair, if the product malfunctions again within the warranty period, the maximum time required for repair is exceeded, and it is determined by a report by an authorized service station, seller, manufacturer or importer that repair is not possible, the consumer may request the refund of the price of the product, a discount in proportion to the defect or, if possible, the replacement of the product with a defect-free equivalent from the seller. The seller cannot reject the consumer's request. If this request is not fulfilled, the seller, manufacturer and importer are jointly and severally liable.
Malfunctions resulting from use of the product contrary to the terms and recommendations are not covered by the warranty.
In case of any disputes that may arise regarding the exercise of rights arising from the warranty, the consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in the place of residence or where the consumer transaction was made.
The consumer's optional rights: If the product is found to be defective, the consumer may exercise one of the following optional rights: a) To declare that he/she is ready to return the product sold, b) To keep the product sold and request a discount on the sales price in proportion to the defect, c) To request that the product sold be repaired free of charge, with all costs being borne by the seller, unless an excessive expense is required, d) If possible, to request that the product sold be replaced with a similar product that is free of defects. The seller is obliged to fulfill this request chosen by the consumer.
The seller shall not be responsible in any way for any nonconformity that may occur in the product in the following cases: a) Use of the product outside of the general terms of use and usage recommendations b) Intentional misuse of the product c) Damages resulting from the consumer's failure to observe the user manual, cleaning guide, assembly instructions and warning labels on the product; d) Damages resulting from natural disasters such as earthquake, fire etc.
Additional Provisions of the Order Contract; 1- The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in special production products prepared in accordance with his/her own special requests due to their nature. In cases where the production of the special production product in question is started, the consumer accepts and declares to pay the penalty fee specified by ORÇELİK(ORFİS) Furniture in case of withdrawal from the order. 2- In products where wood is used, there may be color and pattern differences between the woods. Although the same process is applied to all woods, different appearances, tone differences, etc. may occur due to the natural characteristics of the wood. This situation, which is based on reasons such as the age of the tree, its grain structure, and the climate in which it grows, should not be perceived as a mistake by the consumer.
